A Lantern?
We get asked frequently about the colorful yellow lantern that has become Corder Community Services Corporate logo.
People all over the White Mountains are becoming familiar with the Corder Community Security Lantern as a symbol of security and protection.
In years past when our pioneering ancestors needed to venture out into the dark to check on their barns and livestock, they carried a lit lantern to provide them with the necessary light. The lantern became a symbol of security and protection for those families.
Corder Community Services wanted to bring back the "old time values" and security when life was simpler and crime was not as abundant.
The yellow lantern has become our corporate logo that reminds us everyday that we are here to "Protect Your Way of Life".
